“I LOVE the brand. But wtf. I don't cycle, and I won't (too dangerous for me), so it's unlikely I will be a regular customer. My friends that do cycle though, LOVE your gear. I was excited to buy a gift voucher from you for their birthday. BUT WHY THE HELL AM I ON THE MAILING LIST AFTER ONE SINGLE ECOMMERCE PURCHASE? Every freaking place does this now, you buy one thing and you now have emails from the company for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. Please delete my customer record and stop sending me stupid emails.”

“Quality clothing. A bit pricey when not on sale which is the only thing holding me back from purchasing more clothing. Colour range is good but still very few options for brighter colours for better on road visibility.”
