“my only beef with MAAP is the price, everything else is so good, the items, the design, the after care, the warranty, its industry leading. ill happily continue to spend my money here season to season and i hope they can continue producing the best cycling kit for years to come.”

“Disappointed on the collaboration between MAAP and Public Possession … it’s a bad design with no taste. I love MAAP and own at least 50 pairs of MAAP jerseys, bibs and off road wears. MAAP designs have always been classic with style. But unfortunately it’s not with PP .. honestly it looks like beggar clothes.”

“Purchased gear online was fantastic and seamless. Visited the store in Sydney staff were friendly greeting then when I asked if you had anything in a size L it was ohh we only have smalls left, no follow up or suggestions of what alternatives could be offered as this was the first time visiting a Maap store was not the most engaging experience to want to then go and buy products from.”

“Gear is excellent for style, purpose and comfort but too expensive for my budget. Recently visited MAAP Collingwood which was a positive experience purchasing Socks, Cap and Vest. Whilst I have purchased new MAAP clothing over the past 2-3 years I look for second hand options given high cost of new.”

“I’ve always had an excellent experience with MAAP. Their customer service is genuinely outstanding they’re responsive, helpful and always make the process easy. On the occasions I’ve had an issue with a damaged item, they’ve organised a replacement straight away with no fuss. That level of service is a big reason I continue to buy from MAAP. Great products backed by some of the best customer service I’ve experienced.”

“Ik had contact opgenomen met de klantenservice omdat ik de sokken die ik had aangeschaft, ondanks dat het de juiste maat was, erg straks om de voet vond zitten. Zo strak dat ze na 2 uur op de fiets erg pijnlijk worden om de voet. Ik vroeg me af of er mogelijksprake kan zijn van een productiefout of dat deze sokken (team) erg strak horen te zitten? Mogelijk zijn er Tips om ze ene beetje op te relken? Ik heb tot nog toe geen respons gekregen op mijn vraag.”

“196cm magas vagyok és most 83kg. XL-es Alex Aeon-t rendeltem. Sajnos kicsit kicsi lett, ezért visszaküldtem, most várom a XXL-t, remélem jó lesz. Rendeltem már 2 mezt is XXL-s méretben. Az anyag minőségével semmi gondom, talán a nyákánál lévő kialakítás lehetne egy kicsit kisebb. Az is lehet, hogy próbálok majd XL-s mezt is, de attól félek, hogy az meg rövid lesz. Tervben van még egy esőkabátot is kipróbálni. Köszönöm a gyors kiszállítást és a jó és praktikus csomagolást! Üdv, Gábor”

“Bib's in the warehouse, without being despached, for a couple of days extra. I checked with customer service after Royal mail hadn't provided an update in delivery information. Sorted very quikcly once I reached out.”
