“First. Shipment arrived ahead of schedule. The order was packed very nicely. We ordered 40 "loafs" and were able to serve 6-7 people per loaf. We were delighted with all the positive comments we received from our diners. All dinners had hot gravy over each sliced, making the turkey very moist. Even our leftovers heated up in the microwave extremely well. Our two cooks liked how well each sliced held together. It saved us time and energy. We are a Community Kitchen in Roseburg. Oregon.”
“The oven heating directions for 2 stuffed turkey roasts were completely incorrect. I followed the directions carefully. Both roasts were frozen and arrived in the mail on time and completely frozen. I followed directions and took them out of my freezer and put them into my refrigerator overnight but they were still frozen when took them out of the refrigerator. So I let them sit at room temperature for 4 hours before I put them in the oven at 375 degrees per the directions. The directions called for roasting the roulades for 58-60 minutes. It took much longer than that--almost 90 minutes to reach the required temperature of 165Fdegrees. So the extra time in the oven delayed Thanksgiving dinner, which was not great! But, they were delicious, served with the turkey gravey I ordered from Mackenzie.”
“I ordered their boneless cajun fried turkey last year's Thanksgiving. It was a hit and the family insisted they have a repeat this past holiday. You will not be disappointed. Makes preparing dinner so easy, all you do is thaw and heat.”
“I recently ordered the Turkey gravy as I do this time of year because it is so delicious. What a disappointment! What happened? Way too spicy, and I could see the herbs floating in the gravy. Can you please go back to the old recipe? Everything else ordered is great and I am sending in an order soon for Christmas.”
“Everything we ordered was spectacular! The sweet potato casserole was something "other worldly" and we plan to order again for the Christmas holidays. Plan to buy extra sweet potato casserole and will hide some of it for just me!”
“I have purchased the turkey roll in the past and loved it but this year there seemed to be less turkey and more stuffing. And after cooking it the appropriate time the turkey was nice and juicy but the stuffing was soggy and gummy. Very disappointed.☹️ won’t order again.”
