“We changed things up for Thanksgiving this year and did a 3-4# Prime Rib. It was PERFECT! Came precooked (frozen). We defrosted it a few days before and then gave it the cook to 100degrees. It smelled fantastic, the crust was perfectly seasoned and the center was red and juicy. It'll be hard to go back to turkey after having this. My only hesitation is the cost.”
“The tocata was a strange serving to have with a Thanksgiving dinner. The sweet potatoes were so sweet I fed them to the crows, the stuffing had a very strange taste (I could not identify what it tasted like), and the apple pie arrived crushed and never got better after that - it also was fed to the birds. The turkey itself was moist, tender, and rather tasty if you are a white meat lover - I am not one, as I much prefer the dark meat. The wine served with the meal was all first class, so all ended well.”
“I am supposed to bring artichokes for Thanksgiving dinner every year. It is not artichoke season and good artichokes can be hard to find. I found the artichoke puffs on the Mackenze website and ordered them last year. A family member told me they were really good - and bring them every year. I brought them again this year and they were gone in an instant! I find Mackenzie has quality food and it is delivered in a timely and product in tact manner.”
