“we ordered 3 items. 1 was good ( arancini balls ) , 1 received mix reviews from our guests ( mac & cheese bites ) and the 3rd was very disappointing and we could not finish eating. I sent an email to Mackenzie and they responded with 20% off our next order. Hoping that will be better.”
“The tocata was a strange serving to have with a Thanksgiving dinner. The sweet potatoes were so sweet I fed them to the crows, the stuffing had a very strange taste (I could not identify what it tasted like), and the apple pie arrived crushed and never got better after that - it also was fed to the birds. The turkey itself was moist, tender, and rather tasty if you are a white meat lover - I am not one, as I much prefer the dark meat. The wine served with the meal was all first class, so all ended well.”
“Previously ordered items were very good. However, I ordered 2 lbs of mussels and received only one. As I no longer had the order form/number, there was no way to ask about the other pound!”
“I think your products are overpriced. The turkey roll I bought for Thanksgiving was adequate but no more than that; I wouldn't call it delicious. The salmon Florentine appetizers were incredibly dry. We doctored them up with a mix of mayo and Dijon to make them edible. The turkey gravy did not taste homemade and the servings were pretty small really. Would not purchase ANY of this again; sorry.”
“Very disappointed overall. Sweet potato casserole was fabulous, but shrimp and hush puppies were just okay. Broccoli casserole was bland and Mac and cheese was so dry that it was inedible.”

“The food quality and taste are very average. The Stromboli was fine, but the Vegetable Potato Medley turned into mush when cooked as recommended. Moreover, the medley was overwhelmingly potatoes, not vegetables—listed first in the description. Obviously, potatoes are heavy, so not a lot of vegetables needed to be included to get to the 3 lbs noted in the description. Moreover, asparagus is the first vegetable listed, and very few strands of asparagus were included. It was mostly limp green beans. This was an impressive rip-off.”
“Overall I thought your products were too expensive for what I could get.
Every item was smell in size, the turkey was too dry and tasteless.
Sorry but I don't think I will order again.
