Coach Kyle did a fantastic job giving me both positive reassurance and tweaks to what I was already doing to help me understand where I needed to be more consistent. He helped me to understand how to switch up my food logs, how to get more protein, and helped me analyze why the scale responded the way it did. Knowing that someone was watching what I was doing was a huge motivator. Overall great experience. I feel like I have a great plan to continue on my own as well as how to transition to maintenance.”
