“I bought the Manila rucksack in a beautiful chestnut brown for my daughters birthday. She is absolutely thrilled with it. The quality is superb and the design very functional. The customer service was brilliant, it’s so good to find a company that cares about getting it right.”

“I have filled in two different feedback forms already for this Supplier and its bag sold to me However many more am I expected to rate for just 1 product?? This is extremely irritating & just turns me off buying in future from this company if I am going to be harassed like this.”

Dear Anonymous It is a shame you had to leave this review when we have done our best to keep in touch with you. This said, you have had a ridiculously long delay. This bag is the only one we carry from this particular brand and it has been in production for a long time. While I fully appreciate this has been a long wait, you would have had a refund honoured immediately if it was requested. My colleague and I have meantime been checking on this every week. The bag is in fact now in transit and I have confirmed this on Friday. Previously we were let down at least twice on the availability. Thank fully this issue is isolated to this bag. Almost all of our bags are in-house and don't have similar issues. I look forward to turning this around for you. Best wishes Teresa

“This is the first time I have used Made in Tuscany having found them on the web when looking for a briefcase for my granddaughters 21st birthday. When I ordered it I was told the red was out of stock but they assured me it would be here in time - November 16 th. Made in Tuscany kept me well informed of the progress of my order and the bag arrived as promised and is extremely well made with good quality leather. My granddaughter is very pleased with it. The service and follow up information from your company is “Second to None” and I would not hesitate in using you again or of recommending you.”

“Had some delay on my first order and advice that the item ordered was shipped was missing the airway bill tracking number. However all was sorted out with a follow up email from me. Item arrived 3 days later. Decided to make another order for a wallet and a bag after receiving the crossbody bag ordered which was very much to my satisfaction. This time the items arrived without a hitch and advice on shipment with tracking number was given 1 day after I ordered! The quality of the bags and wallet I ordered was exceeded my expectation. Certainly much better in finishing than some big brand names. Good value for the money spent. A word of appreciation to Marjorie for keeping me update on the first order.”

“Excellent service and communication (thank you Marjorie) and very satisfied with very good quality products. If I may suggest for the embossed "Handmade in Tuscany" (in handbags) can be slightly bigger. That'll be perfect and also for gifts. Anyway, Thank you Made in Tuscany.”
