“Beautiful backpack in lovely soft leather. Good size with nice gold tone hardware. Convenient pockets and adjustable straps with swivel hooks. An ideal backpack for everyday life. Also fast delivery and good communication from the team at Made in Tuscany! I am very happy with the shopping experience with this company.”

“I have been most impressed with my purchases with Made In Tuscany. The quality of the leather is superb & soft. In addition the lining is strong & very attractive. The delivery was most prompt & efficient. The staff were also very helpful & friendly. I have received many compliments & have highly recommended Made in Tuscany to friends & family.”

“I am delighted with my Tuscany Small TL Voyager Travel Leather Duffle bag! It was delivered an hour before I left on a weekend trip to Paris so I was able to use it immediately. It is a beautiful bag - exquisitely made and of exceptional quality; just the right size for a short trip. Although I had to wait for two months from the point of placing my order until receipt of the bag (due to the availability of the leather), the company kept me updated frequently with the status of my order, which I greatly appreciated. The delay was out of the company's control but they communicated very well with me throughout. They also offered me the choice of a different colour but I was happy to wait for the colour I had originally chosen. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the service provided. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Made in Tuscany again and would absolutely recommend this business to everyone.”

“Excellent quality and service! My husband is delighted with his Voyager bag, bought for a present for a holiday trip. It's a beautiful rich colour [brown], really nice leather and well made. I was also sent a free messenger bag as a gift. In terms of service they couldn't have been more helpful. It was easy to order. I was helped to pre-order through online chat as my choice of colour was briefly out of stock and the bag arrived before expected! The company were supportive, friendly and informative throughout. How nice that a small company can do better than Amazon! Excellent all round!”

“Beautiful bag of the highest quality. And it was the perfect size for what I wanted. A great size for the gym or short, casual weekend (won’t fit a suit). There was a short delay in shipping (the bags are hand made) and I received several personal emails to let me know what was going on. When it was ready to ship, they sent it via expedited shipping and included a free gift for the minor inconvenience. Highly recommended.”
