“A beautifully made man's shoulder bag that looks good and does everything that I wanted from the product. Some hiccup with next day delivery but not enough to make me dissatisfied after explanation.”

“Ordered a leather bag and was extremely happy with the product. More than that, I want to appreciate the fantastic customer service and the prompt delivery. The product was out of stock in the UK so they got it from Italy in a day’s time, and kept me updated.”

“Marjorie was a dream customer contact person. Somewhere between ordering DHL 2day delivery & actual delivery there was a glitch. When I didn’t have my bag in 2 days, Marjorie “held my hand” until I received my bag. I ordered the red backpack. It is gorgeous & I am thrilled. I’ve been traveling and it is the perfect size for any activity from morning til night. Thank you!”

“I love my new Leather back pack. It is a good size for everyday use and is light weight also. The quality and make of the bag is exceptional. I was not disappointed. I was very impressed with the customer service, Marjorie was very helpful and replied promptly with any of my questions and order updates...especially being that I live in Australia. I look forward to purchasing again. I highly recommend Made in Tuscany for your beautiful leather accessories. Karen”

“Ease of ordering. Easy website to navigate. Great friendly Chat function, which I used. Lovely choice of beautiful bags. Very easy to order. I was kept up to date all through the process even though it was a very busy period for them. Very friendly and professional to deal with and I can heartily recommend them. I’d buy from them again.”
