“Made in Tuscany's bags are made so beautifully and are well crafted. Marjorie was great at communicating as soon as I placed my order and never minded when I checked in to find out the status of the order. Because each bag is made specifically to order then it does take more time to come in, but once it arrived I was thrilled with the look and quality of the bag. I would highly recommend Made in Tuscany to anyone looking for a beautiful and well made bag at a reasonable price.”

“Glowing tanned leather. Premium, large-toothed zips. The strap is very long, even when doubled up. I wish the strap was a detachable clip-on, with the option of an alternative, small carrying handle. At the moment I must carry it Man-Bag style. (I already have a lovely Gianni Conti bag.) For this: not on trend! But overall I'm impressed. A nice piece of work.”

“Delivery time was weeks late. The bag was well worth the wait. Absolutely beautiful and beautifully made. I couldn’t possibly recommend Made in Tuscany enough. You have to own one to understand. 😍”

“I am delighted with the quality of my backpack, I would certainly order from them again. I was a little disappointed not to be kept informed of the delay in sending the order as it was the dirt time I ordered. However they sorted it very quickly and I am very pleased. Glen Penn”

“Placed an order on 12/06, CC debited. Still waiting on goods 29/07, phoned twice emailed twice, still awaiting reply. Will need to dispute with credit card provider for refund. Unbelievably poor company.”

Dear Ian, We are really sorry to see your negative review. We got back to both your call and emails and we responded to your call to confirm your bag had left. You were very kind to wait so long - the bag in question has been short component parts. For clarity, there is absolutely no reason to have to dispute a payment and the refund would have been done on the same day were it not for the bag leaving. It seemed from the previous correspondence that you would be happy with that as an outcome and we did not hear back from the email sent confirming it had left. We could then have had it returned to us. I do hope we can turn this around for you, and most of all, that you will be really impressed with your case.

“Great customer service. When a bag I'd ordered was delayed due to it being in great demand, I contacted the company and they were able to rush my order through. Bag was beautiful, of excellent workmanship. Highly recommend.”
