“Excellent company to deal with, they made me feel a very valued customer, sending emails to say thank you for the order, then when item was despatched, and again to ensure that I’d received the item. Excellent customer service. The bag is amazing quality with some nice touches that make it the most secure back pack I have ever owned. Thank you. Xx”

“EXQUISITE! If you have any reservations about buying - forget them. I bought the Gladstone bag- Madrid- as a gift. It arrived today and I am astonished at the quality. It is comparable with one I considered at 3 times the price. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for quality and customer service. The recipient of this bag is absolutely delighted. “My daughter keeps losing her phone so this is why we bought the bag. It is top quality and perfect for what we wanted. The leather is beautiful and the Italian chic unmistakable. The staff are either trained exceptionally well trained or hand picked for their customer care attitude. An altogether great experience!”

“Bought the made in Tuscany ‘joe’ style mans satchel in brown. I saw the honey coloured one in a shop and it looks exactly like the one in the photo on website but my brown one is slightly different from what it shows online. Nevertheless I love it the leather is top quality and smells like a saddle and it is obviously well stitched and feels like it will last a lifetime.”

“I was constantly kept informed of what the status of the delivery. Contact information was readily available. The company was excellent in their response times to any question I might have. A big plus when buying online. The quality of my bag was excellent- it’s standing up well to hard times.”
