“Shortly after placing my order, I was notified that my wallpaper had been placed on back order and was given the option to cancel my order. I appreciated the quick notification and transparency. It came in quickly, only 2 weeks after ordering and the paper was very high quality! Very cute pattern in person too!”

“I very much enjoyed working with Mahones recently to complete the last two rooms of my whole house makeover. I had worked with them before on some wallpaper purchases when I started the remodeling process three years ago and was quite pleased then so that's why I returned. They have a great selection of products to choose from as well as competitive pricing. Their personalized, responsive customer service and efforts to provide quick shipping of orders were especially appreciated.”

“Hello, I ordered two samples (and paid for two) but only received one sample in the mail. No explanation so I emailed (no response) and then called. When I spoke to the person on the phone she blamed Schumacher saying sometimes they do not have samples in stock. That was a week ago. Since then there has been no refund or follow up. When I order paper it will not be through Mahomes. If this is how a little request is handled how would a large one be any better?”

“Fantastic website. Ordered about 20 samples. Some samples were pretty small, but still okay. Some samples took just over two weeks to arrive, but others were overnighted. Have ordered about 20 more samples.”

“I was very impressed with the level of personal service I received from Mahones. A representative was always easily reachable to answer questions. I inadvertently ordered too much wallpaper and discovered my error within a day of placing the original order. Mahones kindly changed the order and credited me the difference without any hassle. Their prices were significantly less than the showroom where I initially priced the same exact paper. Delivery was quick, and the quality of the paper excellent. My only comment is that it is difficult to select wallpaper just from a picture on the internet. While you can order samples, it is quite costly. I believe Mahones should consider applying the cost of samples against any order subsequently placed. Or endeavor to reduce the cost of samples. I would order from them again however, especially if I’ve seen the wallpaper “in life” and not just on a computer screen.”
