“The selection was good. The price was great. Customer support was good. One item was backordered for five months but it did eventually show up. It was backordered at other stores as well. They charged my credit card right away.”

“Over the past several years, I have ordered wallpaper from Mahones to update 8 rooms in my parents 100 plus year old home. The product always arrives as ordered and faster than expected. My first order was placed due to the great savings mahones offers, which helps immensely, as my budget for home improvement is limited. I have been and will continue to be a customer ever since.”

“I searched for months for wallpaper and kept running into issues with paper either on back order or being discontinued. I finally found Mahones on line and located all the way across the country. A simple phone call to see if they had the Schumacher paper I wanted. In a few minutes they confirmed they had what I needed and shipped it the next day. It arrived in 8 days. Wonderful service! I highly recommend them!”

“I ordered a length of fabric & paid for it, and was only told after I paid that the fabric was on back order for 8 weeks. Pretty poor service. Can’t say if the item was on time or whether it was damaged because I’m still waiting for it.”

I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, we don't stock any materials here in our showroom so sometimes we find out something is out of stock after we get an order for it. We always email our customers right away to let them know about any stock issues and ask if they would like to continue to wait or cancel the order and receive a refund. It looks like you agreed to wait for this backorder instead of canceling. We hope the stock for your order arrives soon!
