I ordered a length of fabric & paid for it, and was only told after I paid that the fabric was on back order for 8 weeks. Pretty poor service. Can’t say if the item was on time or whether it was damaged because I’m still waiting for it.

I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, we don't stock any materials here in our showroom so sometimes we find out something is out of stock after we get an order for it. We always email our customers right away to let them know about any stock issues and ask if they would like to continue to wait or cancel the order and receive a refund. It looks like you agreed to wait for this backorder instead of canceling. We hope the stock for your order arrives soon!

My order placed beginning of September 2022 and didn’t hear back so I called and was told my items back order and will be available by end of September !!!first week of October I called again asking what is the updates no emails or communications as my items should be back in stock and should be shipped as I am expecting per your information the customer service then informed me that my items were available per manufacturer but the order was not placed the whole time although I was charged when I placed the order beginning of September !!!!!! Then she told me I will follow up with the manufacture and send you email , I received email on 10/06/22 telling me you should receive your items in 2 weeks and sorry for missing your order ,…. Whatever. On October 17th/22 I called asking where is the tracking number or when I am receiving wor who is delivering it or any information and the answer was it will take 2 weeks (again) no reason ???? And that she will check with the manufacture again and will reply me and again as the moment I am writing this review I didn’t hear anything . Disappointing experience not happy with them .

The wallpaper has a vivid color. We haven’t put it on our bedroom wall yet but we’re sure it will be beautiful once it goes up.

Hi, Cynthia! It looks like we had been in communication with you (as recently as yesterday morning) in regards to your order being lost by FedEx and we were working on getting a replacement sent out. We are just waiting on that new tracking for you and that will be emailed to you as soon as we receive it from Thibaut.

I placed an order for wallpaper on 5/31/22 and received a confirmation email stating "If we experience any problems with your order we will notify you by email". The payment on my credit card was processed the same day. By 6/14/22, I had not received any further communication from Mahones, so I called to check on the status of my order. I was then informed that the wallpaper I ordered was on backorder with a due date of 6/24/22. On 7/7/22, I again called Mahones as I had not yet received the wallpaper nor had I received any follow-up from Mahones on the status. I was told that the backorder date had been pushed out to 8/6/22. I asked if they would notify me in the future of further delays and was told that I would not be notified, but that I could call them again. I considered canceling my order at the time, but decided to continue waiting because I did not need the paper right away. I called again on 9/13/22. I explained the situation to the Rep and told her that I wished to cancel my order and have the charge credited back to my credit card. The Rep looked up my order and told me that I could not cancel the order because it was scheduled to be delivered that very day. The order was delivered later that day. This review is not about the physical wallpaper, but instead about the lack of customer follow-up/service. When a company states that they will contact you if a problem with an order, I would expect that to include being notified of backorders especially given that they had already charged my credit card for payment. Due to the poor customer service I received, I am giving Mahone's a 2-star rating.

Hi, Donna! I'm so sorry about the delays on your order. We order everything straight from our manufactures so, Unfortunately, we don't always get updates from them if a backorder is changed or expected to arrive late unless we call to check on it. Backorders are never guaranteed and can come in early, but could also come in late which these days is, unfortunately, more common. We're glad your wallpaper arrived and we hope you enjoy it!

It was so easy to shop for and order the wallpaper I wanted. It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. The prices are very reasonable. I have recommended Mahones to several people and look forward to shopping with Mahones in the future.

Prices are good, delivery is quick. Packaging is okay, not great, and interactions with the store are somewhat abrupt. Perhaps remember that most customers do not deal in wallpaper all the time; we purchase once for a specific purpose or only occasionally. If I am comparing two websites that price "rolls" it needs to be VERY clear that one is offering the physical item, whereas you are pricing the number of standardized "rolls" provided as "continuous rolls" provided in a "bolt" (and by the way, a "bolt" is a roll for the rest of us idiots who don't deal in wallpaper ...).

I have ordered samples twice and they came in a timely manner. I have yet to make a decision on my wallpaper but Mahones’ prices seem best.

There was a mix-up in the number of double rolls by Sanderson. Mahone's did its' best to rectify the matter. Mahone's was diligent in responding to my e-mails and my calls.
