“My installer had me over order. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times. I was finally contacted 3 weeks later with a general answer that had nothing to do with my issue. I’m very frustrated with Mahones. Do better please”

“Never purchasing wallpaper before, I called and emailed to inquire on specifics, availability etc. All my questions were responded too and answered completely. I placed my order and received communications on status and all products were delivered quickly.”

“This is about a recent wallpaper order to Richard Murphy. When placing the order, I included a note asking why a discount code did not work. Your representative sent a courteous reply explaining that the order was not eligible for a discount, but instead, she provided a $20 credit, which is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I don't have her name, but I hope you can find it and recognizer her for taking good care of her customer. I look forward to doing business with you again. Thanks!”

“Love the wallpaper in my farmhouse living room. So surprised to receive my wallpaper so fast! Excellent brand, lovely to work with. First time with 10 ft ceilings. Just waiting on the furniture!”

“I am very happy with Mahone's wallpaper shop! They have a tremendous amount of options in all price ranges and colors/textures, yet I easily found exactly what I was looking for and at an amazing price. Due to the installer's error, I had to order extra paper and they got the extra wallpaper to me in time while the paperers were still here. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone interested in wallpaper!”
