"Warning to anyone looking for blinds currently about Make my blinds - please please avoid this company. \r\nOrder arrived later than we were told when we ordered. Opened the box to find a very different product to the one we ordered. We ordered a white voile Roman blind. Instead we were sent an opaque white blind. See the photo on the website and our photo. The detail of the window frame is visible through their photo and you can\u2019t even see the frame of our window through ours. \r\nNot to mention due to the thick lining they have used, the colour is now cream and not white (see 3rd photo). Their explanation being that the colour light look different in different lights - they\u2019re in the same light! \r\nIt is clearly not what we ordered or wanted, and because they have labelled it as our order, we are stuck with it and they have taken our \u00a3110 for a blind we cannot use. \r\nPlease please avoid this company. They have been dishonest and their website is misrepresenting their product, with no way of getting a refund. We will have to take this further to trading standard \/ ombudsman"
