“Ordered 5 samples on 26 March for blinds for a number of rooms. Took several days to arrive and then we’re 2 samples short. Queried by online chat and assured they’d be despatched again. 2 follow up email/chats and as of 6 May still no samples.
In meantime ordered 1 blind for a small window to see how easy to fit. This was on 1 April. Should have been received (according to their website) within about 14 days max. They dont contact you proactively to advise delays other than 1 initial email a week after I ordered saying it was now in production and would be despatched on 22 April.
They say in their delivery terms that they keep you advised and send tracking codes. Nothing received. Contacted Tuffnells who they said on order would be delivering and as of today have not received anything.
I’ve asked for a refund as they are in breach of contract according to Consumer Rights legislation 2015 having failed to deliver within 30 days of order. On companies house they are a micro company, don’t file full accounts and owe a lot of money to creditors with few assets. They appear to be a tin pot company with no proper procedures on their website for complaint or redress. Understand many customers out of pocket with them. We’ve spent £80 which we will pursue to small claims and media Consumer champions if we have to. They’ll lose more than £80 in bad press. I would be very careful investing thousands of your hard earned money with this company as they seem to be trading on a wing and a prayer.”

Once blinds arrived, they were much narrower than I’d ordered. If I order exact sizing, that’s what I’d expect. Quite unclear on the website what exact means, obviously exact has many interpretations.
Another live chat, no resolutions.
So now I’m left with two blinds not fit for purpose and a good £100 out of pocket. Cash I can I’ll afford to waste. Anyone looking to buy blinds, go to Hilarys!! They will come out to measure, make them fit!”

I ordered my blind on the 15th May.
Dispatched on Tues 2nd and was told it would be delivered within 2 working days.
Here I am 9 days later no blind.
Refused a refund as the 'blind has been made' customer service just palm you off with flowery words no action and no constructive resolution.
Now after 9 days since dispatch I'm toldy blonds are going back into production and I'm back at the beginning waiting.
A refund to purchase my blind from somewhere reputable wasn't an option as it has already been made, but now it has to be made again I'm still not entitled to refund just left in limbo being held to ransom.
Do your selves a favour and order elsewhere!
