“I placed an order with you , as the company I usually use were unable to deliver by the date I required. I was reassured that it woiuld be delivered by my requested date and that they will write a note on my order.
The following day I got confirmation of my order and a dispatch date for 4 days after the date I required my delivery ..
When I contacted the Company I was told it takes 3 to 5 days but does not including weekends I was very disappointed as this information was not given to me when I placed my order...
My order arrived 3 days later then I expected .
Unfortunately they were not the best of quality.
But looked beautiful at the window when I tryed to open and close one set just wouldn't open for some reason. I phoned the company up and they were very apologetic and asked me to forward a video which I did.
Within an hour I got a reply offering me a full refund on the set of blind that was faulty. I must say I was extremely impressed with there quick response and no squabbling or long drawn out situation.”
“Amazing quality blinds. Really helpful videos on how to measure and install. Customer service team very prompt and pro-active. The only snipe is delivery did take longer than forecasted. “Ordered a blackout blind 8 weeks ago and it never arrived despite being told three times it had been manufactured and dispatched. Now I’m told they don’t have my fabric choice and would I like to choose another. The blind was coming from their European factory? My blind had never actually been made! I’ve now cancelled the order!!”
“Blinds sent with the wrong fitting brackets. Explained the problem to Aimee who said she will get the correct ones sent to me ASAP. I recieved a package 3days later with the same wrong ones sent again. I went and purchased the correct ones from a local retailer. I emailed customer support to let them know they sent the wrong ones again. I recieved an email from Ness asking for a photo of proof that the wrong ones were sent, which I did. The reply from Ness was to give me instructions on how to fit a top brackets, I don't have a recess to fit them into. I sent her a photo of the blinds now fitted using the correct brackets I purchased and the reply was, "it was all my fault for ordering the wrong brackets TWICE!"
I didn't order brackets I ordered blinds. The company is responsible for sending the correct brackets, not me.

“Ordered some blind samples. They didn’t turn up. Contacted the customer services who apologised and said they would resend for me….they never arrived so I won’t be ordering from them. I’ve waited several weeks so it’s not an issue with delivery times”
“I ordered some blinds back in August. As I urgently needed the blinds installation, after a while not receiving the delivery, I contacted the company for more information about the delay. I've been said the delivery would have been expected within 5-6 working days from the 08th September. After that time without any update, I chased for more info and I've been said the delivery was due on the 20th Sept, but it didn't happen. I contacted the company today again, and after few messages, they confirmed that their factory couldn't guarantee any earlier lead time than 14 working days from today, plus additional 1-2 working days for delivery. No explanation of the delay wans given. They proposed as an alternative option of a full refund. Although the material sample looks good, and they are quite responsive to my emails, it is really disappointing that they can't deliver on time and look to be unreliable.”
“Avoid at all costs! Ordered a custom blind, it was over a week late and arrived too big to fit the window recess, I was told there was nothing they would do about it as it was their "manufacturing tolerance of 4mm" and I needed to cut it to size myself, told them I was partially disabled and they said I should find someone else to cut it for me but they don't offer refunds. What is the point of made to measure when it doesn't actually fit? Their own facebook page says "All made . . . to your exact specification. No more cutting to size, frayed or chipped edges - just perfect, made to measure blinds to your door every time." Well that isn't the truth. I'm left with a blind that is too big for the window and they refuse to help anymore.”
“Blinds arrived faulty, I had to send proof after proof in the form of photo and video, kept asking for further ( like I want it to be broken) was told needed new part to repair, I didn’t really want to repair a brand new blind but ok. Never recieved phoned to chase part was told my videos were not sufficient I must send more with another person in them . Eventually provided enough evidence and part arrived and yet again still a roller blind that doesn’t roll on or off the window. I should not be repairing a new blind in the first place let alone proofing”
