“I am a collector of Swarovski figures for the superhero and Marvel ranges (amongst others such as Disney and Looney Tunes). I was looking to complete my collection of the Marvel range by buying the last three figures. Looking online, I could only see two of the pieces that I wanted so I called Market Cross and spoke to James in the Web Team. He said that he would call the other stores to see if any of them had one in stock. He called me back and said that he had sourced one from another store, but would put it online only when I was ready, so I could go straight back in and put it in the basket, which I did along with the other two pieces that I wanted. James even included 40% discount on all three. This was on Friday afternoon and they were delivered by Royal Mail special delivery on Sunday lunchtime. I couldn't have asked for a better service. James, thankyou so much.”

“NEVER USE THESE CON ARTISTS!! I was shocked by the poor customer service! next day delivery not arrived even after 6 days and this is after they've advertised a free next day delivery and then charged me £6 for the pleasure. when called customer services their assistant manager put the phone down on me! Poor company guys! don't do this to yourselves!”

“Purchased a diamond ring £1470 worn it approximately five times over over a period of five months and only on special occasions then noticed the stone was missing from the mount.Returned it to Market Cross Jewellers and they would not do anything about it and said it was our fault . I then instigated court proceedings and after months of correspondence and a nearing court appearance they relented saying that they would replace the stone which they claimed they offered earlier but they had not. I think they are very familiar with court procedures because they did not offer to replace the stone until we were going to court. I could have held this stone in better with blue tack very poor customer service and workmanship and I would not buy a tap washer from them.”

“Finally, I have been able to retrieve most of my lost funds of about $47,000,which I never believed I would get again from an unregulated broker who stocked my trading capital for over 4 months, and denied my access to my trading account.
