“I am a collector of Swarovski figures for the superhero and Marvel ranges (amongst others such as Disney and Looney Tunes). I was looking to complete my collection of the Marvel range by buying the last three figures. Looking online, I could only see two of the pieces that I wanted so I called Market Cross and spoke to James in the Web Team. He said that he would call the other stores to see if any of them had one in stock. He called me back and said that he had sourced one from another store, but would put it online only when I was ready, so I could go straight back in and put it in the basket, which I did along with the other two pieces that I wanted. James even included 40% discount on all three. This was on Friday afternoon and they were delivered by Royal Mail special delivery on Sunday lunchtime. I couldn't have asked for a better service.
