“Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered my washing machine on Sunday afternoon, requesting delivery the next day. I was informed regularly about the delivery time and the washing machine was delivered as promised on Monday morning. Mark and James were polite and helpful and they also took my old washing machine away. Amazing, thank you very much! I wish everyone I deal with was as brilliant as you!!”

“Second purchase from this company and, as before, excellent choice of products at good prices and superb customer service. Good, easy to navigate website with no hassle checkout. Ability to select a delivery date a definite bonus! Plenty of timely info post-purchase regarding delivery date/time etc. Would certainly recommend Marks to anyone looking for an electrical appliance and would definitely use again.”

“Customer service was excellent, texted the night before with a 2 hour slot but, told us someone would phone 30 mins before to deliver.. they delivered on time and the two men Aaron and Raj were very polite and informative.. would definitely recommendz”

“Outstanding service, Our washing m/c went wrong, I contacted Marks electrical after searching the Internet for best price replacement and was offered next day delivery. Free!!! Delivery team turned up on time, great guys placed my m/c into our utility room & removed our broken m/c . Excellent service. They will have my future business.”

“I needed an oven quickly. I found the one I wanted and Marks electrical was the best price, couldn’t believe next day delivery was free so jumped on the chat function. The lady checked it would definitely be next day and 18 hours later it was in my house. Had update texts and a phone call from the driver who was a really nice guy. Perfect purchase from start to finish, will definitely be back to buy more.”

“Poor delivery service, but was refunded the delivery First delivery was unsuccessful as they couldn't deliver within the stated 2 hour window (I waited almost an hour after the window), which isn't so bad as delivery was rescheduled but not until the following week. The second delivery was, however, inadequate. All they did was drop off the cooker in my hallway right next to door, still wrapped, no where near the kitchen and quickly went off down the road before my plasterers could get them. It was true that the oven wouldn't fit round into the kitchen will all the packaging, however it would have done without the packaging (which the website claims they would do, if doesn't fit with the packaging) The "solution" I was given after ringing was a delivery refund, but that hasn't solved my problem of actually getting my cooker into my kitchen. Plus I'm also left with all of the packaging to deal with now. 2 stars as they issued a delivery refund, would have been more if they actually rectified the problem. The cooker looks great though, not that that's useful though”
