“Excellent service from start to finish. Great prices and delivery in 2 days! Quite a few “well known” companies could do with a few lessons in how to make shopping experiences so satisfying and easy. I will be using this company again and recommending them to everyone. P.S delivery people were excellent as well.”

“M. E. EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SATISFACTORY WITH THE ONLINE SYSTEMGREAT, THE PRICING VERY COMPETITIVE AND PROMPT SERVICE. THE ONLY CRITICISM WAS OVER TWO HOURS LATE DELIVERY FROM THE TWO HOURS SLOT GIVEN BUT THE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF THE OLD OVEN WAS POLITE AND EXCELLENT”

“Website easy to use, competitive price, troublefree ordering, excellent communications. Rather over-heavy on the dire consequences if you have the temerity not be in when the delivery arrives - but I guess it is through bitter experience that the rules need to be spelt out.”

“Easy order process with good communication links to give up to day information on delivery, even delivered ahead of planned time. Deliver 30 minutes early but informed of the drivers being ahead of schedule. Appliance up and running as shown 1day after delivery”

“I could not be more happy with the service I have received from Marks Electrical and the product. My washer/dryer was a very competitive price, was so easy to order and a prompt delivery by two pleasant chaps. Machine had damage to a small cover plate which was quickly sorted by Jose and Gillian in Marks Electrical Customer Service department. I would certainly recommend Marks Electrical.”

“Had the exact item I was looking for, in stock, next day delivery. What more could you need? Delivery early morning, but on time. Friendly driver brought item into house with no problems. “Very impressed with the service, I ordered my dishwasher on Thursday, received 2 emails informing me when it would be delivered and it arrived within a few minutes of the expected time the next day. The delivery team were very pleasant and helpful, and removed the old machine and all packaging, cheaper than getting the local council to do it. Would definitely recommend.”
