“Ordering from Marks electrical was quick and easy. I had my washing machine delivered the next day, compared to other stores which had at least 3 days delay. There was lots of information to indicate delivery time etc, and the delivery men were very helpful and friendly. Appliance is just what we needed.”

“Ordered my freezer Tuesday 9.30 am had an email to confirm delivery following day at no extra charge, advised order expected from 1.30/3 .30pm my order was delivered at 2.45 pm by 2 really nice helpful guys, couldn’t fault anything about my service and would definitely order from this company again . Thankyou 👍”

“Washing machine went pop at 2pm Tues. Took me about an hour to find the new one I wanted. I compared a lot of suppliers: Marks website very easy to navigate and helpful, and they offered a very competitive price (+ Black Friday savings). So glad I ordered with Marks. By 7.30pm I had my 2 hour delivery slot for the next day plus clear instructions as to what would happen (re collection of old washing machine etc). In the morning I received notification that delivery would take place at 12.17 (!) and sure enough at 12.17 a very personable and polite young man was on my doorstep with my new machine! It couldn’t have been a more efficient or straightforward process - and no extra charge for next day delivery. Incredible! I will definitely be using Marks again for future requirements plus recommending them to all. (We are 2-2.5 hours from Leicester too). Phenomenal service. Thank you Marks!”

“Had a quick visit to the showroom after looking at the web and chatting on the live chat thingy. all instances were A1, web easy to navigate, chat was nice and informal and good info given. Showroom.... just 1 guy on and it was very busy but he still found time to help with my questions. Order made via click and collect and another straightforward easy interaction with the store man helping to load. Well Done Marks Electrical ...... You're only as good as your staff.”

“Purchased a 70” tv in the Black Friday early specials and couldn’t resist the price, they ladies over at Marks Electrical that dealt with my request were spot on, delivery arrived 2 days after my order and that was only because I requested a specific day, otherwise it would have been a next day service. What more can you ask for, even the delivery drivers who had to bring the tv up in a lift were polite and cheerful. Thanks guys and gals, top notch service. Happy customers always come back!”

“Brilliant service. I ordered an upright Freezer at 13:51hrs on Monday, ordering and paying was very straight forward with no hitches. Monday evening I received an email saying delivery would be between 09:15hrs and 12:15hrs on Tuesday morning. At 09:15hrs on Tuesday morning I received a message saying delivery would be at 10:00hrs. At 09:30hrs freezer was delivered and positioned in my kitchen!!! Fantastic I would highly recommend this company.”

“Ordered a washer dryer which was out of stock at a big retailer. Glad they was out of stock because we found Marks Electrical which had the best price around, and delivered 5 minutes into our time slot, delivered by two bang on lads. Great firm, will definitely be using again very soon”

“Really pleased with the fridge we bought from Marks Electrical. Good value and first class service, arrived very quickly - on the day we chose, just 2 days after we ordered. Delivery was trouble free and the men who brought our fridge were friendly and polite. We were kept informed at every step of the way about our order. Highly recommended.”
