“Ordered my Samsung heat pump dryer Saturday evening and it was delivered by 9.30am Sunday morning. Brilliant service best price around and amazing service!! Will be back when I need to purchase other goods.”

“When we bought our dishwasher , lots of mainstream stores were out of stock, but Marks Electrical had it available, offered the cheapest price I could see on the comparison sites and then delivered it the next day (a Saturday) at no extra charge. They took our old dishwasher away for an extra £20. Delivery happened on time - happy bunny!”

“Purchased a chest freezer. Good price. Easy to order online. Next day delivery was available. But we changed our delivery day to a Sunday. Customer service was excellent, polite, friendly and no fuss. Given a 2 hour delivery window as promised and delivered on time by 2 friendly delivery men. Very pleased with the whole service and would highly recommend.”

“Fantastic service. I needed a replacement fridge quickly. I ordered the fridge late in the afternoon and it was delivered early the next morning. That is on a Saturday, with a 2 hour delivery slot and for no extra cost. Clear delivery updates by email and text. Very pleased. Good range of appliances too.”

“I found Mark's Electrical whilst searching for an emergency replacement tumble dryer, having not used this company before I was a little nervous spending such a large amount of money, I read some reviews and all were positive so I decided to go ahead with my purchase. Ordering was easy with plenty of choice on appliances, I had checked local well known large retailers but all had long wait times on delivery, however Mark's electrical was able to deliver the exact item I wanted by 3pm the following day and the best part was that delivery was free. Communication was great via email/ txt and delivery went smoothly. Both delivery men were helpful and pleasant, fast and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough , I have already told my friends and family about Mark's electrical, very impressed, I usually use well known large retailers but now I have found Mark's electrical I will definitely be purchasing items from them in future. Thankyou for a 5* service from purchase to delivery.”
