“Went here looking for a TV after Currys said a 3 week wait for delivery ,it was the best decision I ever made as they had the TV's in stock to take away ,after looking at the TV's originally we were going to leave as some of the pictures looked rubbish but after talking to a staff member he explained all about how the quality of the TV's worked and put a film on for us to see it better we are all set up now and what a fantastic buy ,no pushy sales great service will definitely be shopping here again”

“One of the most competitive prices for my dishwasher. Also didn't try to charge extra for delivering soon which some companies do. I had to change the delivery day, phoned up and got through straight away. Done in 1 minute. The delivery was in the 2 hour slot and the chap was really friendly. For a few pounds extra they took away the waste from the new machine (eg expanded polystyrene) and it gets recycled rather than having to bin it, where it just gets dumped in landfill. Really good shopping experience, would buy with them again.”

“Easy ordering, very helpful on the phone when we had a query. Ordered online, very straightforward. Plenty of correspondence regarding delivery day and time, and when the driver was delayed….traffic…..immediately notified by text and email. Only was about 3 hours late but was no problem. Very polite and efficient delivery driver. Will definitely be ordering from these good people again..”

“I initially used Marks Electrical as they had the product I wanted in stock. It was slightly more expensive than a couple of other suppliers but they couldn't deliver for weeks. After using them I can say I will happily pay a bit extra in future and buy from them. The order was handled swiftly and I was kept up to date at all times. I ordered on a Friday night and it was delivered Tuesday. I got a 2 hour time slot that morning and later a message about half an hour before delivery. The delivery drivers were both great too. Very helpful and friendly. I could also pay to get my old machine taken away which was very useful.”

“In the last 12 months I have ordered a washer dryer and a TV from Marks Electrical. On both occasions I selected my top 3 products through research. I then simply searched the Internet for best value for any of my top 3 at that time. Delivery service no issues. Both products delivered within 48 hours and arrived within the specified time slot. Not much you can say when it all goes to plan.”
