“Amazing service, we run a B&B and our dishwasher broke down which means a whole load of hand washing, well we ordered a new one from this company at midday on Wednesday and the new one was delivered at 7.30 in the morning on Thursday and we live in the middle of nowhere in the Yorkshire Dales, astonishing, We were kept informed every step of the way by text and email, competitive price. Highly recommended”

“I came across Marks Electrical via the internet whilst searching for my new Tumble Dryer. My goodness, they delivered the very next day! Fantastic - I just love quick, efficient service and delivery. The delivery guys themselves made sure we knew about any after service and were fab - so thank you and will be back soon to order my new washing machine as well - I recommend them 100%.”

“We found Marks Electrical while searching the web, having been let down by one of the so-called larger electrical goods suppliers (the fridge freezer we ordered suddenly became "out of stock", and they tried to sell us a much dearer model). No such problems with Marks Electrical. We found the model we wanted straight away, and were able to pick a specific day for delivery the following week (a Sunday delivery date was available, but was earlier than we wanted). On the day before the delivery was due we received a text giving a four hour time slot. On the day of delivery we received a further text, with a more accurate time within that four hour period. The delivery went ahead with no problems, and the two men that brought the fridge freezer were extremely pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased, both with the fridge freezer and the excellent customer service. Thank you.”

“Astonishingly good service. Ordered an LG American Fridge Freezer (not the smallest of items!) Required a two-man delivery team to remove doors and remove packaging and place in situ... Here's the incredible thing... I ordered it at 4.30pm on a Tuesday and a two-man delivery team was with me the next day at 11.00 am... HOW...???”

“AEG BUILT IN INTEGRATED FREEZER Easy to order, price was right, delivery was excellent. texted for time delivery and kept to the time. Delivery person polite and brought goods to the door. we did not pay for installation or removal of packaging or the old appliance. Fantastic service all the way. “AEG Integrated Freezer, Easy to order, next day delivery, texted approx time of delivery and kept to it, delivery persons polite and brought item to door. We did not pay for unpacking, installation or removal of old unit. The price of the freezer was very reasonable and with FREE delivery, couldn't go wrong. Highly recommend MARKS ELECTRICAL.”

“This service is excellent. My fridge freezer came next day after ordering, in the time slot I was given the previous evening. Amy who took my order was really helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. Both the driver and his mate were so helpful & friendly. I'm sorry I can't remember their names but they went above & beyond to deliver and place my american fridge freezer in my kitchen which wasn't easy due to the size of it. I will certainly recommend Mark's electrical to anyone who is looking to buy a new appliance. 10 stars are not enough! Brilliant!!”

“Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered my washing machine on Sunday afternoon, requesting delivery the next day. I was informed regularly about the delivery time and the washing machine was delivered as promised on Monday morning. Mark and James were polite and helpful and they also took my old washing machine away. Amazing, thank you very much! I wish everyone I deal with was as brilliant as you!!”
