“The yarn is lovely with fabulous colours and very easy to use. Only gripe was that it took a week to come. You dispatched it same day on a Friday, and I know there was a bank holiday but hoped it would reach me at the latest by Tuesday. I will certainly use you again .”

“I was very happy with my order and it was delivered very quickly but to the wrong house, there was 2 labels on the parcel one said 12 and other said 12a, was delivered to 13 as 12 was out so put a card in 12 luckily I know them or I wouldn't have known it had been delivered”

“the order was obviously despatched promptly but royal mail delivery made me happiest as when i was out, the postman had the nounce to leave the well wrapped package in my red box rather than take it away for my later collection. my only disappointment with marriners 100gm dk was the fact there seem to be many shades of girlie pink but only one yellow - i'm thinking mustard, old gold, citrus - rather than the rather insipid babyish pale version called 'sunrise'? mm, can't order next time by colour name with confidence as labels on balls are numbers. order on behalf of knit and natter group.”

“Very happy with the service and delivery was very prompt. Normally buy my wool at local store but it's easier to order direct. My only criticism you need to stock higher quantities especially of the white 4ply cones. Machine knitting is having a revival and it's such a shame that I have to order from elsewhere in England when you are on my doorstep in Wales.”

“Quick delivery. Love the yarn, knits up nicely. However, I ordered size 10 circular needles and got size 5. I'm sure they will be useful though and have now bought size 10's elsewhere.”

“I run a small craft group and your DK yarn is very affordable for new people who don't want to spend a fortune on yarn I have recently designed my own bag using your super chunky yarn. It has been quite popular among my group and I have reordered yarn several times. I am now ready to place another order. I am running a workshop soon to show others how to make the bag so expect several more super chunky orders coming your way. My bag is called the Bamboozle Bag, because I am using Bamboo stitch among others! This is crochet not knit, I'm afraid I don't knit so won't be taking your free knitting pattern but I'm happy to tell you how much I love your yarn. I've also made a few items from the new soft touch yarn - very nice to work with. Also, I love your mercerised cotton, just wish you had a better colour range!”

“Have just received my red "mega magic super chunky" and the colour is fabulous. However I've used four balls upto now (out of twelve) and everyone of them had a join in!! This has not put me off ordering another four balls!”
