“This is the second pair of clippers I've had in the 2 year warranty that have started smoking whilst grooming a dog ! It's like the motor gets too hot and can't cope. But what I can say is the customer care is amazing and replaced both sets within 24hrs”

Hi Robert I can see you purchased the MD Roamer in February and I am sorry to read that the dogs are not enjoying being clipped. Is there a problem with the MD Roamer that is causing them to react or is it just they are bigger and noisier than smaller trimmers which have small motors and vibrate less? The MD Roamer is a professional clipper with a powerful motor. We try to work through these issues with our customers as we never leave people stranded with clippers that are not suitable. I can see you have had them for about 8 months so if you can get in touch with us directly we will sort out a solution for you. Again sorry that the dogs are not happy with the clippers. Hi Tracey, I'm disappointed to hear that the clipper you bought for your old english sheepdog isn't performing very well. It should just glide through a clean well brushed coat without any problems. “Battery’s very poor quality keep breaking the steel clips or connectors battery charger now won’t work and it took a lot of hassle to get the battery’s from yourself cause I’m in Ireland”

“I find them really loud compared to ones I’ve used previously in my shop there heavy to hold and the function switch is easy to turn off I’m really disappointed with them maybe just not right for me”

“I paid more than I wanted to for the clippers. They are very noisy and heat up so fast... not impressed with the product at all. However your customer service department are second to none”
