“Haven't received my order dpd didn't deliver them instead took them to mickletown post office which was closed Friday and Saturday so I couldn't get them so not a happy customer”

Hi Gill, I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the MD Roamer Cordless Dog Clipper with comb guides. On a clean, well brushed coat that is free of knots and tangles it should just glide through the hair so it sound like there is a problem somewhere. We don't want to leave you with a clipper that isn't working well for you so will contact you directly to discuss a replacement or refund. Kind regards Jo

“hi after ordering my clippers & 30 & 7 blade as well i’m a dogroomer & was really dissatisfied that these will not clip any of my dogs bichons , poodle mixes etc wool coats they are constantly catching on the fur ive tryed so many times but they aren’t getting any better ,thanks pauline”

Hi Pauline, I am so sorry that you are dissatisfied with the clippers. This is very disappointing and as you can see from other reviews very unsual. I can arrange to get the clippers back here for a refund and will email you a returns label. We never leave people stranded with clippers they are not happy with. I cannot explain why these clippers will not work on any of the breeds you have tried. I can only assume they have a fault because they usually cut through through hair like butter. “I purchased showmate dog trimming cutters but the hight Combes move when you are cutting spoke to master lip they sent new set of Combes same problem they said they could not resolve this problem ,they have stopped making these cutters but mine are still under warranty, I have purchased a lot of cutting equipment from masterclip shame it has to end this way customer service personnel very nice but there hands are tied”

“I purchased the masterclip dog groomer as a gift for my wife at Christmas. Delivered promptly and looked every bit a professional tool. Bought the shiatsu heads but the original 1 shaves her to the bone and the others specific for shihtzus drags and tugs her fur making her yelp with pain. My wife has re-tried it on several occasions after numerous tips but has now given up and gone back to using her re- chargeable waal with no issues. Very disappointed and expected better for £164”

“Way too big a clipper for my shih tzu yorkie cross it won’t cut him properly and is very heavy .. very disappointed to spend so much on clippers supposedly tailored to my dog . I will be selling them and finding some smaller clippers that are cordless too”
