I purchased the masterclip dog groomer as a gift for my wife at Christmas. Delivered promptly and looked every bit a professional tool. Bought the shiatsu heads but the original 1 shaves her to the bone and the others specific for shihtzus drags and tugs her fur making her yelp with pain. My wife has re-tried it on several occasions after numerous tips but has now given up and gone back to using her re- chargeable waal with no issues. Very disappointed and expected better for £164
