“ Dear Customer Service, I have made order on 25th of Feb 2024 and received it on 29th March, and I returned the items on 1th March after submitting return request successfully getting a return authorization number too. ”

I returns the items on the 9th March after submitting return request successfully on the 7th March. Returns reached Matches on the 12th March. Refund was refused! Customer service told me to go to my bank for help. ”
