“The mattress removers showed up in an anonymous, beat-up truck with no logo, no identification, no uniform, no paperwork, nothing to suggest that they were actual employees. This is very scary and suspicious, especially in a neighborhood where we have had a pattern of people pretending to be servicemen to get access. As a single woman, this was especially troubling. I highly recommend that you make an effort to assuage these concerns by having some kind of consistent, identifying materials.”
