“THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.That's all you need to know. I booked an appointment, received confirmation the day before, then no one showed up. No call, no text, no email, no warning at all. Just plain didn't show up.I called and emailed and went to their website and used the "Chat" feature to try and figure out what was going on, but could not get in contact with anyone. I received an email well after my appointment, but the email said nothing about why they never showed up, or if they would be coming later (or the next day), or even apologizing for the inconvenience. I would give them 1.5 stars because they issued a prompt refund, but I would still absolutely avoid this company at all costs. I've never written a Yelp review before but felt compelled to warn people about how untrustworthy this company is. I probably should have been tipped off by Yelp warning me that they pay for good reviews...”

“I booked these guys since they had by far the lowest price out of the options I had here in New York. Was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews on Yelp, but my pickup arrived right at the beginning of my specified window, had ample communication and the pickup was done within 20 mins. It seems they outsource to third parties since my pickup arrived in a personal van, so don't expect white glove treatment, but as far as a combination of service and price you can't beat this offering.”

“From the appointment booking to the pick up, this process was easy and efficient. Kevin called to confirm a good time to pick up within the 4-hour window and it took all of 5 min max to complete the removal.”
