“It took three days of rescheduling, canceling, delays before they arrived to remove my mattress. Customer service was prompt on responding to my emails. I was kept updated for the most part. Once they arrived, they were quick and friendly and had my mattress gone in two minutes. Aside from the hiccups, they were great.”

“We live in an apt. & it's hard to dispose of mattresses, box springs, etc. So I went on line & found mattressdisposalplus.com I had never heard of this type of business before so I thought we'd try them out. The two gentleman that came to pick up our mattress & box springs were very polite & quick. I would definitely recommend mattressdisposalplus.com”

“Wayne was very nice. He came in a pickup truck. He brought another man with him. They had a hard time getting the mattress out of the house, as it is extremely heavy. They slid it across the floor through the house and then down the front stairs. There is an electric lift on the truck. When loading the mattress, it got caught in the lift and ripped the back part of the mattress. I don`t know what happens to the mattresses after they get picked up, but it was disheartening to see something we took exceptional care for and so expensive, now dirty and ripped. I feel bad because it was such a good mattress, it was just too firm for our preference. The guys were friendly, the one smelled like cigarette smoke.”

“OUTSTANDING!!! The gentlemen who handled the pick up were simply amazing! As a result of their professionalsim, I will five Costco furniture another try. PLEASE NOTE: I initially decided to never order Costco furniture again; however, due to the way this return was handled, and especially the way the two individuals who made the pick-up handled the return, I am willing to give Costco furniture another try.\n\nThank you.”

“THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.That's all you need to know. I booked an appointment, received confirmation the day before, then no one showed up. No call, no text, no email, no warning at all. Just plain didn't show up.I called and emailed and went to their website and used the "Chat" feature to try and figure out what was going on, but could not get in contact with anyone. I received an email well after my appointment, but the email said nothing about why they never showed up, or if they would be coming later (or the next day), or even apologizing for the inconvenience. I would give them 1.5 stars because they issued a prompt refund, but I would still absolutely avoid this company at all costs. I've never written a Yelp review before but felt compelled to warn people about how untrustworthy this company is. I probably should have been tipped off by Yelp warning me that they pay for good reviews...”
