“Jeremy arrived within the committed time period, picked up the mattress and was on his way! Lasted less than 5 minutes. Very efficient process and it was helpful from the app to see when heâ€™d be there and where he was en route. Thanks!”

“We were given a 4 hour window of delivery and they did not arrive until almost one hour after the window. Nothing but excuses.I also received two text messages which did not show who the text messages were from. This was confusing because I was also having a mattress delivered from another company on the same day. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never use them again.”

“The person who took my order was happy and glad to help me set ypnmy appointment. The driver called to let me know the driver was on the way which I truly appreciated I got a text mynitrms were picked up by text. You pay on the phone so it is quick and easy at pick up time! Great experience!”

“These guys were great. The company does need to create a system for informing customers who are two hours or more into their wait time about a possible longer wait. I don`t think it should be incumbent on these hardworking men to be fiddling with their phones when they are struggling to remove very heavy stuff and moving forward.”

“I requested a pickup for a twin sized mattress but would be unable to meet them to pick it up, so I left it in front of my house and hoped for the best. They were very accommodating and made sure I was aware of when they would pick it up and the procedure. I would definitely recommend the service.”
