“2 1/2 hours late. No call. Terrible business.”

“I wanted this company to take away my kingsize mattress, two box springs, and a frame. I thought it was going to be 95 dollars. They called me the very next day to tell me that two box springs counts as two separate parts so they wanted to add 30 dollars for a total of 125 dollars. After I agreed to this, I decided that 125 dollars was entirely too much and that I would just haul all of the stuff out to the curb myself and call special pick-up. When I called back that very same day (not three minutes later), I was informed that I would be charged 20% on my credit card. I could not believe that this was real life. I cancelled with them the DAY AFTER I scheduled something with them and a full TWO WEEKS before the scheduled pick-up date. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I looked at my credit card, and I have been charged $95, $25, and $30 for a total of 150 dollars when I only authorized $125. There must be some hidden cancellation fee on top of the 20% they take just for scheduling a date with them. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company.”

“Very disappointed. Scheduled pick up was between 8-noon. Got a robo call the night before to confirm time. Got a call at 10AM the day of pick up that movers were busy on another job and couldn't pick up mattress until late afternoon.The mattress pick up involved a vulnerable adult who required the pick up during the hours scheduled to make room for a hospital bed being delivered the same day at 1PM. The dispatcher said the movers are independent contractors and that the agreement allows for delays - nothing they could do.”
