“Tom was quick and professional during the load up of my old mattresses, however he was late by 1.5hrs due to finalizing other work orders. I`m not sure if this was his fault or his manager`s failure to plan appropriately.”

“My pickup did not arrive on scheduled day, but a day late. Was also surprised to see that it was not a branded truck, but what appeared to be just a guy and his girlfriend, who loaded my mattress onto the roof of their regular pickup truck. It made me question whether the mattress really will be properly recycled.....”

“We had the time 4-8pm slotted, and Tony came by 4:30. He called beforehand to estimate the time of arrival; came on time, and just signed and confirmed pick-up. That was it! Super easy! Thank you!”

“The drivers called me the night before and never showed up the next day. When a driver did show up the following day she tried to get my mom to pay her again. My mom didn't have any cash and sent her away not knowing I had already paid for it online. The driver refused to come back and pick up the mattress. She asked me who was going to pay for her gas money. The company couldn't even track her down and so I asked for my money back. This was the worst experience. I called another company and they came out the same day.”

“I made the appointment and prepaid only to have them cancel when I called to confirm and ask for a more definitive time window on the appointment day! They claimed the driver had a "family emergency and had to leave town"... If I haven't called to check they'd probably have wasted my time waiting all day before they called me. I had to rush around and find another service which charged me more just to get the old furniture removed before the new furniture was delivered. I still have to confirm they've even processed my refund. Inconvienced and Disappointed!”

“It was a super easy process. I set a time frame and they came within that time frame! I also put the furniture on the curb so I didn't even need to be home. They called before they came and I received an email when it was taken care of. The prices were also incredibly reasonable compared to many other companies.”
