“Everything with the pickup went so smooth. They called the day before and gave an exact time. Only issue I had was with getting someone to answer the 800 number”

“The mattress is great. It got here faster than I thought it would, and it is very comfortable as advertised. The only negative was that I had to pay a fair amount for disposing of the old mattress and the two very large boxes. Still, I would do it again knowing what I know now.”

“The 2 gentlemen were very polite and courteous. They were very careful not to bump into walls or the staircase when the removed my king mattresses. I also needed to have a heavy king bed headboard and footboard moved from the 2nd floor to the basement and I asked if I could hire them for that and they said yes. The headboard was very tall and they perfectly navigated the basement stairwell that had a short ceiling height. The guys were great to work with and I will use them again for future hauling or moving needs.”

“The guys were fast and you don`t have to lift a finger in loading, but the four hour window of wait time is too long. I think there`s a better way to shorten the time frame of costumer`s wait time.”

“I had a scheduled pick up for 4 items scheduled for 0800-1200 today, 28jun2017. Yesterday, the 27jun2017, the original person scheduled to pick up my stuff called and texted me to see if i would be available then, a day earlier. I was running errands as I am in the process of moving, so i said sure. i waited 2 1/2 hours, and called her back, straight to voice mail, and mailbox is full. Then i get a text saying they had to cancel, but would be here today as scheduled. Couldn`t even bother having the courtesy of calling or texting me. Today, I`m waiting, no show. Called the 877 #, the agent told me she would call me right back. Waited another 1 1/2, and called again. This time, the agent, Kayleen, said she couldn`t get a hold of the original person as well, and put me on hold trying to get someone else. I was placed on a brief hold, and she said that someone said they could be here by 330 pm. Thank goodness for Kayleen, and thank goodness for Monica, and her asssciate, who showed up before 330 pm, and went right to work. I waited a total of a total of 9hours in 2days, but they made up for it by taking something else off my hands. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you Kayleen, and thank you Monica and her associate from 360 Haul Inc.”
