“Caitlin was extremely helpful over the phone when there were some complications picking up my box spring. I would highly recommend this service, they were able to adjust even though they had a driver whose vehicle was being serviced. I booked my pickup only a day or two before it happened.”

“Due to the storm last night, all went well. Roads and residential streets had rain, then snow, followed by polishing gusts of wind up to 50 miles per hour. Both Chad and I grew up in Minnesota, so this was pretty much a normal winter day, but too early. Easy pick up and away he went, mattress included.”

“I booked this disposal due to having a bed bug problem - it stated on the website that these would be disposed and not repurposed. However, apparently there was some "agreement" that I signed when ordering that the mattress could not be picked up due to bugs. The customer service person then stated that I could not be given a refund as I had agreed to this - the agreement and terms were never emailed to me - it was only when I sent her the information from the front of the website that she agreed to refund my money - with a not - sorry for confusion.”
