“Great service from the crew. They called in advance, even though this was not indicated on their website. No issues or concerns. I did curb side, so I cannot evaluate other aspects including disassembly. Only reason to not have the 5th star, has to do with timing of the other notifications. About 1-2 hours after they came, I got the auto notifications that they were on their way. Luckily they called, but this could have been a problem.”

“Very easy to schedule a time the day after I called. The guys called me in advance and were right on time. They took under 10 minutes total to remove mattress and boxspring from the 3rd floor. If I'd known it was this easy to get this done I'd have got a new bed a long time ago.”

“I have no complaints with the team that picked up my mattress or the process. It was efficient and the communication was good. My only issue is there was no mention that they use independent contractors, in their own vehicles - not uniformed employees in a company truck. The video on the website is misleading. They should let customers know that they won't see a truck with the company logo on the side or employees in standard company attire.”
