“Overall the experience was ok. The website needs to be updated. When you book online it doesn't calculate the rate for a mattress with the box spring. To make correction, my appointment was cancelled but the reps called once ,left message in the wrong number and I didn't get a notification by email. It wasn't until I called back 2 days later that i found out the issue. Once the issue was resolved, it was a smooth process.”

“Easy to schedule and good communication except I forgot that the box spring for a king is 2 pieces. Movers were professional, polite and friendly. Smaller service windows would much better.”

“Mattress Disposal took my bed set and an old dresser. They were on time for our scheduled pick up and even called before they arrived. It was easy and we were happy knowing our mattress would be disposed of properly.”
