“Easy to schedule and good communication except I forgot that the box spring for a king is 2 pieces. Movers were professional, polite and friendly. Smaller service windows would much better.”

“Mattress Disposal took my bed set and an old dresser. They were on time for our scheduled pick up and even called before they arrived. It was easy and we were happy knowing our mattress would be disposed of properly.”

“The two guys arrived on time and took our 4 pieces of furniture out quickly. The sofa was really heavy, too and they handled it with no problem. I would highly recommend them. Good value and provided a much-needed service.”

“Choosing the options for the pick-up was very easy online. I left my mattress outside so it was easy on both sides. I did receive a call and text prior to pick-up. I will use the service again when I have another mattress to get rid of.”

“Made it easy to schedule an appointment time online. Crew arrived on time to retrieve my Queen sized mattress. Once they arrived it took no more than 10 minutes to take away the mattress and be on their way.”

“Once they arrived, things went smoothly. However, we made an appointment for Monday between 4-8PM. I left work to be home by 3:40PM and received a call from the regional manager stating they made a mistake and would not be in our area on Monday. Not sure why, when we booked this days before, someone didn't alert us well before. Then he promised they would be out by 8AM the next day. The next morning, the drivers called to say they would not be there until around 9AM which we could not accommodate as my husband was on an international conference call from 9-10AM or so. He then asked them to come out around 10:30AM (I believe) and they did arrive and all went well from there.”

“It was easy to schedule a pickup and I could schedule it for a Saturday evening! The people that came to pick up the mattress were very friendly. They called when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them! I would absolutely use this service again!”

“Website has major glitches, but once I spoke to a human all went swimmingly. Was able to arrange for disposal of a mattress and chair at a reasonable price, and two pleasant gentleman arrived the next day—twenty minutes into the pickup window. Great experience!”
