“Marquis and company were highly professional and efficient. He called ahead of time and got the job done without hesitation. I was elated to find this company as I thought I was going to dispose of two mattresses on my own. Most landfills and transfer stations do not accept mattresses. This was a bargain in my opinion.”

“The people who came to pick up my junk from mattress disposal plus were from a local company. They were in and out with my mattress in less than 5 minutes and were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing junk removal!”

“I was scheduled for a pick up between 4 and 8 pm last Friday. Communication about the pick up was good. The problem arose when at 8:30 pm no one has came and when I called the company, they were closed with no after hours response. I had waited at home for 4.5 hours & ultimatly was stuck with a king sized mattress in my foyer for the weekend. I called the company at 8:30 am on Monday and did speak to a helpful representative. The rep told me that the pick up driver had lost his phone, while I understand issues arrise there had to be backup in place to at least let the customer know a delay has occurred. It was picked up on Monday & my kids enjoyed the king sized trampoline for the weekend, but overall the only redeeming factor was the representative that helped.”

“Fast and professional! The guys let me know that they were running ahead of schedule and worked with me to make sure they could pick up the mattress at an appropriate time. The actual pickup was extremely fast and professional.”

“Overall the experience was ok. The website needs to be updated. When you book online it doesn't calculate the rate for a mattress with the box spring. To make correction, my appointment was cancelled but the reps called once ,left message in the wrong number and I didn't get a notification by email. It wasn't until I called back 2 days later that i found out the issue. Once the issue was resolved, it was a smooth process.”
