“I apologize that I cannot remember the name of the kind gentleman who came to pick up our mattress, but he was just that kind - and also, courteous, professional, and extra patient because he had to call me several times before I remembered to check my phone to see if he called. Whoops! On the weekends, I try to not have my phone on me at all times and well, I needed to in this case. But regardless, he was super understanding and was pleasant despite my being hard to reach. So to summarize, I was very happy with the service and will recommend in the future.”

“Scheduled a pick-up, required to pay $140 before they would schedule, took time off work to be here. Company called to confirm time and items to be picked-up on the day prior. On day of pick-up, did not receive any phone calls or cancellation notice, nobody showed up. Plans to move a person into the room on the same day were spoiled, lost $200 in pay from taking off work. Called several times only to receive answering service, finally contacted human in some other state, she had no clue that they missed the pick up. I requested a refund a week ago and am still waiting for it, yet they demanded that I pay prior to scheduling anything. Poor company, no way to know where they are located, how to contact them, etc... don't use this company, better off using a local company.”

“What an easy way to get rid of a mattress. Moving the mattress outside and not scheduling a specific time can also save you $10. Great experience with a few super easy steps.”

“Online booking very easy and telephone updates regarding appointment and arrival time were excellent. I purchased new mattress from Amerispring. They have no local retail outlet so I had to find a means of disposing the old mattress. I am going to recommend to Amerispring that they contract Mattress Disposal Plus to handle local mattress disposal.”

“Okay, first the difficulties. The prices on your website were not what I experienced when I went to checkout. Checking out was more expensive. Please update your website... also, it was very important to me to know what you do with the mattresses, but I couldn’t find it... until I watched the video. I’m not a video person... I don’t want to watch a video. Can you please put it very clearly in writing too? However... I was very happy to find Mattress Disposal Plus - inexpensive, convenient and disposed on my mattress in an environmentally conscious way. It was easy to book, even the day before, and the people who picked it up were very nice and helpful. Thank you!”
