“Came and took the stuff off which is what I wanted. Got here pretty close to the end of the window given, but it was within the window given. Very happy to be rid of some junk. Thanks!”

“The booking process was easy, and I was able to secure a next day afternoon appointment. However, they sent their crew for the incorrect time slot, and this caused a domino effect of internal scheduling mistakes. Had I not called a manager (halfway into my scheduled time slot), to check the status, I would have been completely screwed over. Overall, communication was lacking. Taking time away from work, I can't afford to shoulder their mistake. Convenience is part of what I'm paying for. After a frustrating conversation with dispatch, they were finally able to send the crew out, after my scheduled time. All of that said - the staff were all polite, and mistakes happen. That is life. I'm relieved that they made it work, even if it was inconvenient.”

“The guys that came to take care of my stuff were great. I was under the impression that when I paid for the disassembly service that they would take apart the larger items. I was able to do it so that they could get it out so not a problem there. I would just make it more clear as to what the disassembly service is for”

“These guys were great. I'll use them regularly as the situations arise and wholeheartedly recommend them. They arrived on time, called ahead, were careful with the moving so as not to damage anything and were very courteous. Additionally, the price was very reasonable.”
