“You sent your pickup people out 3 hours before my scheduled pickup window. They were very nice, however.”

“Would have given 5 stars, but our delivery was for between 8a-12p and we were not contacted by dispatch or the team that there was a delay in pick up times. I had to call after waiting all morning. I can understand delays, just would've liked an update. Other than that, dispatch woman was very nice and professional. The team of movers were also professional and courteous. Would recommend to friends!”

“Nice and easy. Thanks for making that simple for me. And thanks for doing it within 24 hrs. That was really nice. Driver called and was courteous.”

“I was given a window of time from 8-noon. Unfortunately, my things were not picked up until around 3:45pm. Even though I was very happy when my things were picked up, I would suggest that a call be made to customers when pick-up is going to late.”

“Well organized, and a dignified way to say goodbye to an old mattress that had a long, uselful life... but now it was time to say goodbye, and with MatressDisposal+, I feld like I made one small contribution to responsible disposal, and diverting useful materials from the waste stream.”

“I was looking to the Charitable businesses for mattress disposal but nobody wants these items any more! I was glad your service was so quick. Was wondering what I was going to do with these items.”

“Great service to have. But... Driver called 15 minutes out like they said, he called back 30 minutes later and said he will not be able to make the appointment. He did show up the next day to pick up which was nice of him to do on his day off. My biggest issue was why make an appointment for a time and they cannot keep it.”
