“The online booking and payment process was super easy and convenient. I liked the fact that I received a call letting me know that my pickup would be delayed, however the delay turned into an all day wait. My original time was between 8a-12p but my pickup didnâ€™t happen until 4:30p. I had to call around 3:45 to make sure they were still coming. Everyone that I spoke to was professional and genuinely sorry for the delay. Other than that all was well.”

“My only feedback is that my service window was from 8-12 (4 hours) and I had several work related meetings scheduled after this window. At 11:55 I got a call saying they were 20 minutes away which was outside this window. I had hoped to get lucky and get this done earlier in the window so I could leave at 12 but realized that doesn't always work. But after giving up 4 hours of my day and then getting that call was not great service. I was forced to carry by items outside and leave them at the door so I could leave and they picked them up while I was gone. Not the best scenario but it worked. Please take value in your customers' time going forward. I would use this service and company again as everything else worked smoothly.”

“They were respectful individuals who efficiently carried the request in which I put. All items were taken apart and removed from my apartment with no time delayed. I would recommend this service to others and if ever I need a removal of furniture service, I would refer back to this. Thank you.”

“My initial pickup day was missed. The first person I spoke to never returned my call, but after hours my message was promptly returned and a convenient pick up time the next day was arranged. The delivery drivers were efficient, courteous and prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I know scheduling issues can occur, and would have been more pleased if I hadn't had to call twice to find out if the pickup was still happening on the scheduled date . I would still use your service in the future.”

“My pickup wasn't put on the schedule, even though I got a confirmation email. Fortunately the area manager was able to get someone to come up and pick the mattress up, albeit 4 hours after my window ended.”

“The two individuals that came were not all that friendly, but that wasn't a very big deal. The fact that they left a huge and long scrape in the wall when they moved the mattresss out was a big deal since we now have to repair the wall due to their lack of being cautious. Please speak to your workers and request that they be very careful not to cause damage when they move the furniture out of a customer's home. Other than that incident, we were satisfied with the service.”
