“They were respectful individuals who efficiently carried the request in which I put. All items were taken apart and removed from my apartment with no time delayed. I would recommend this service to others and if ever I need a removal of furniture service, I would refer back to this. Thank you.”

“My initial pickup day was missed. The first person I spoke to never returned my call, but after hours my message was promptly returned and a convenient pick up time the next day was arranged. The delivery drivers were efficient, courteous and prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I know scheduling issues can occur, and would have been more pleased if I hadn't had to call twice to find out if the pickup was still happening on the scheduled date . I would still use your service in the future.”

“My pickup wasn't put on the schedule, even though I got a confirmation email. Fortunately the area manager was able to get someone to come up and pick the mattress up, albeit 4 hours after my window ended.”

“The two individuals that came were not all that friendly, but that wasn't a very big deal. The fact that they left a huge and long scrape in the wall when they moved the mattresss out was a big deal since we now have to repair the wall due to their lack of being cautious. Please speak to your workers and request that they be very careful not to cause damage when they move the furniture out of a customer's home. Other than that incident, we were satisfied with the service.”

“Would have given 5 stars, but our delivery was for between 8a-12p and we were not contacted by dispatch or the team that there was a delay in pick up times. I had to call after waiting all morning. I can understand delays, just would've liked an update. Other than that, dispatch woman was very nice and professional. The team of movers were also professional and courteous. Would recommend to friends!”

“I was given a window of time from 8-noon. Unfortunately, my things were not picked up until around 3:45pm. Even though I was very happy when my things were picked up, I would suggest that a call be made to customers when pick-up is going to late.”

“Well organized, and a dignified way to say goodbye to an old mattress that had a long, uselful life... but now it was time to say goodbye, and with MatressDisposal+, I feld like I made one small contribution to responsible disposal, and diverting useful materials from the waste stream.”
