“Once the team arrived the service was wonderful and they were very professional. Unfortunately they were late and I had to call several times to check in before receiving a call back or update, but in general I would recommend to anyone needing an economical option.”

“Great service. The guys called ahead to let me know they would be there withing 10 minutes and were friendly. I asked them about another piece of furniture that I was not sure if the service would pick up. They let me know that the service would definitely take it so i scheduled another appointment.”

“You need to be clearer about timeframes--when I signed up online, it said the pick up would be between 4-8 PM, so I was shocked when I got a call at 11:30 AM that the team was on their way to pick up our mattress. Please improve this aspect of your service.”

“HI, the only suggestion I would have is that you communicate with your customer a little better. I had a scheduled pickup between 8-12, and never had a phone call, email, or text with any update, until they knocked on my door at 1pm. Something saying you are running late would have been nice.”
