“There was a lot of confusion between emails and phone confirmations on the timing of our pick up. I set up an appointment for between 8 am and noon. I received two email confirmations. The day before I received a phone call telling me that they could not make the window requested that the pick up would be from 12-4 the same day. Guess what they show up at 11 am. Get your stuff together on the communications people!!!!”

“It did not seem that the online booking was ever read. We requested Tuesday from 8-12noon. The confirmation callback was for 3-5pm. Then the mattress set was not picked up on the requested day at all! Seemed very simple when making the booking but it turned out to take more time and effort than anticipated on the customer end. Thank you.”

“The two guys were great, friendly and fast. The only thing was, there was some confusion because they identified themselves from another company, but I guess they were contracted by Mattress Disposal? I'm still not clear, but they came, they took, thank goodness! Virginia Peck”

“The pick up went off quickly and easily. The only hiccup was a call wanting to pick up a few days prior and that could not be done. Understanding what the call was about was difficult as the caller kept saying "IKEA". Thank you.”

“The process worked just as they described. They took my couch, queen size mattress, and box spring in under 15 minutes. Money well spent. I should have used this service prior to getting rid of furniture myself.”

“Trying to get a close estimated time of arrival on a Saturday delivery is impossible when all calls go to an answering services. The driver called me about 5 minutes before he arrived, with less than an hour left in our four hour pick-up window. In a world of constant and always on communication, this is not acceptable.”

“The drivers could not meet the 4 hour window of time provided. They called and said they would over 3 hours late and did not offer an explanation or apology. After calling your business to complain you were able to have them there only 30 mins late. While I appreciated the speedy customer service, the whole ordeal was stressful.”
