“Great service, my only suggestion is to call the customer if you're running late. My window was 4-8PM and I called at 7:30 when I hadn't heard anything. The guys showed up at approximately 8:45 and were quick and professional. I would recommend and use you again. Mitch Watkins”

“So worth it! We had a queen mattress set and a LazyBoy couch. The crew that came in were there for maybe 7 minutes, each grabbed a piece of the mattress set, came back in, rolled the couch over, took the back pieces off (3), and then returned one final time to grab the base of the couch. I signed their paperwork and handed it to them as they were taking the couch base to the truck. Just like that, in and out. They called to see if I could meet them earlier than our scheduled time which I was glad for. Then showed up exactly when they said they would. Perfect!!”

“Pick up was to be between 8 am and Noon. Had to make 3 phone calls before someone Finally came at 1:30 pm for pick up. Received no phone calls or voicemail messages about Any expected delays in scheduled time of pick up.”

“Hello! Thank you for work well done. We had four (two king, two Queen) bed sets removed by your associates Abdul and Omar. Two sets were upstairs and two were downstairs, so they had their work cut out for them. They always put plastic slippers on/off their shoes as they treaded through the snow. They moved their scheduled delivery up eight hours to accommodate my wife and I. They were always polite, efficient, and helpful in our time of turmoil... Good Guys! Thanks again for a good job. Al and Char Allen”

“The 2 guys worked quickly to get the job done. My only issue is they pushed my heavy sofa bed along the sidewalk like it was a slip 'n slide and left long scratch marks on the sidewalk. I don't think the apartment complex property manager will be pleased. They also seemed surprised at the amount of work involved, so communication between your company and there's may not have been ideal.”

“The only negative thing I can say is that we scheduled an afternoon pick up, and they called at 8:30 to say that they were going to arrive in a half hour. Luckily someone was home, otherwise it would have been problematic.”
