“The issue with the service promised is that you didn't make the time frame you promised for the pickup. I was trying to leave town and had to call twice to find out approximately when your truck would be there (AND I was told twice I would receive a call back and I never did.) I was also told that I would get call the morning of the pickup about delivery time and that never happened as well. I talked to the driver who actually picked up the mattress and box springs and he didn't a call to do the job until 30 minutes before his arrival, which tells me there was a disconnect in communication all way round. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your company to others, especially when there are quite a few to choose from!”

“This was great. I live alone and couldn't figure out how to dispose. One person came up while the other watched the truck. He took mattress and box spring. He was very polite and carefully.”

“I scheduled my pickup online on Feb 21st for Feb 23rd. pickup between 4:00 to 8:00pm This date was very important to me. When I received the confirmation email it stated the pickup was for March 23rd. I quickly scrambled to set up a pickup with another company. I sent an email to Mattress Disposal to cancel the order that evening because I couldn't wait until March 23rd. I also followed up with a phone call the next morning on Feb 22nd to cancel. The person on the phone said I had to pay a cancellation fee. I estimate that fee to be about $35.00 . I feel that I shouldn't be charged a fee at all. I believe I gave you a 24 hour notice because I called in the morning and my pickup was scheduled for the next day at 4:00pm. The person on the phone told me that she corrected the pickup date when she noticed it was wrong. But the damage was done. I had to get a pickup scheduled asap. I strongly believe that you should return the cancellation fee to me.”

“The people providing the service didn't seem to know what they were taking. One didn't speak English. I thought they were from the Salvation Army until they showed up at the same time!”

“Thank you very much for your mattress and furniture pick up service last Saturday (Apr 16th). Your driver was very professional - called to give me an estimate of when they would arrive, called again when they were 10 mins away from my home and arrived on time. They were very polite, professional and quick. Wonderful service. Not only will I consider using your services again, I am recommendig Mattress Disposal+ to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!”

“Scheduled 8am-noon window on a Saturday. No one showed up until closer to 1pm. Did not receive any notification of rescheduling or delay until after noon, after I had previously called to inquire as to whether anyone was on the way. The movers were efficient and careful, and I appreciate the service.”

“We were very happy with the service. Booked online, they actually were able to come early (phoned us first). We had the old mattress and box springs outside waiting for them (to avoid fees for transporting down flights of stairs). Very glad to pay for proper disposal, unlike other tenants in our building who move out and leave furniture that sits for weeks. Would use them again if we ever have large furniture to dispose of!”

“The two gentlemen who came out March 15 for me were courteous and went above and beyond service. First, they were great about communicating and called before they came over, and they were able to arrive ahead of schedule. I was having a very busy day, so this was great. Not only were they fast during the actual move, they also replaced my garbage cans for collection when they were done, which they totally didn't have to do. I would highly recommend them.”

“The driver called, as promised to report he was on his way to my house and confirmed the address. He and the other representative removed the two mattresses and box springs in a matter of minutes. He also mentioned the fact that your company takes other household items for recycle. Thanks for excellent service and for providing an alternative to adding to landfill refuse.”
