“I experienced multiple issues with the scheduling of the mattress removal service. When I tried to reschedule for a different day I did not receive a confirmation and had to again contact the company to ensure pick up on the correct date. After the change was made the local XPS Logistics company failed to put me on the route and I had to wait until the next day. I was told I would be first on the route due to the error, however the truck did not arrive until 10:30 am because they had to unload some items before returning to Houston. Once the truck arrived the mattress removal was fast and efficient.”

“Your telephone agents pear to have a way to mute their phone so it seems the connection has failed. It took several tries to get an answer to my question. Also, I was misled to think you would honor my online request for a morning pickup, but you hadn't. That incorrectly led to cancelling the afternoon schedule you told me was planned. As a result it he pickup was delayed over the Labor Day weekend. If you don't intend to honor the AM or PM schedules your website offers, please omit them. It just leads to customer frustration and unnecessary calls to you agents.”

“The service was friendly and quick. My complaint is that I scheduled the pick up time for 4pm and at 9:30am I got a phone call telling me they were on the way for the pick up. I scheduled the appointment at 4 for a reason, so the disregard for my schedule was unappreciated.”

“The gentlemen who showed up to haul away my mattress were professional and polite. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived to check-in and make sure the timing was still okay. Once they arrived removal was super quick.”

“Guys were very friendly but they said they had no access to the times customers sett for pick-up, so they were hours late. Not sure what the point of setting a time for pick-up is if they don't have access to it. They worked fast and were very polite though. Good pricing!”

“Great service but a bit confusing on pick up times. I was called a few days ahead and told the pickup would be 10am-2pm. I ordered it for 8am to 12pm. Also we would receive a call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. They showed up before 10am with out a call? I was pleased with the early pick up but was confused by the time change? The two guys that showed up were professional and did a great job . So all is good!”

“The overall process was smooth, and online booking was very easy, but there could have been improvements along the way. Our goal was to have a mattress removed, and that was ultimately completed, but it was performed by a third party. My understanding was that a Mattress Disposal+ team would perform the removal. The removal was supposed to happen between 8 AM and 12 PM. At 11 AM I called the service center to inquire about the location of our removal team. I had a good experience working with the customer service representative. What I did not expect was that I would then receive a call from a driver telling me he was from Ikea Home Delivery. I was confused but apparently this was the team who was contracted to remove our mattress. Everything went smoothly but I wished that it had been made clear to me that it would be possible for a third party contractor to actual perform the removal instead of a Mattress Disposal+ team. Please update your process so that this is made clear to future customers.”

“The window time for my pickup was 1 pm thru 4 pm. DId not have pickup until 6:20 PM after several telephone calls to the office. The explanation given by the pickup service technician was scheduling problems with company's software. Evidently, my pickup was dropped off the record. Once the service technician showed, the pickup went smoothly enough. Even though I only had a full mattress and box spring for pickup, a second serviceman should have been available for taking the mattress/box spring down my one set of stairs. A long superficial scratch was made on the wall, but I can easily touch it up with paint. Gave only a three-star rating due to the aforementioned situation.”
