“Setting up the appointment online was easy. On the day of pick up the drivers arrived at 8am instead of within the scheduled 12-4pm pick up window. I was asleep when they arrived and I hadn't pulled out the items for them to pick up yet. I asked the drivers to come back and they said they would. I asked them to call me when they were on their way. I waited at home until 4:30pm and then tried to call customer service but it was closed. I sent an email and someone got back to me saying that they would have to reschedule the pick up. I asked for the same 12-4pm window but it wasn't available so I had to get up extra early the following day for the promised 8am pick up. The next day the drivers did not arrive until 11am. Once they were here they were friendly, professional, and quick. If you are considering using this service I would say go ahead if you can wait around for them to show up and if re-scheduling if/when they don't show up the first time isn't a big deal for you.”

“We had a good experience with Mattress Disposal. There was a local service that was cheaper, but they had a terrible booking system and we were outside of their pickup area, so we went with Mattress Disposal. My one comment would be that the timing is a little confusing. My wife selected 8 AM - 12 noon online, and then when we got the confirmation call it said our window was 6 AM - 10 AM. The employees called at about 7:20 and arrived at about 7:30. I'm not sure whether some of the times were Pacific and others were Central. It worked out for me because I was home anyway. But in any case, the pickup was quick and I have no actual complaints. Thank you!”

“I do like this service, but keeping to the promise time didn't happen. I had it scheduled for a Tuesday 12 - 4, it was after 6 before someone called me to say they weren't coming (after I reached out twice). I was rescheduled for the next day, again 12 - 4, and the truck didn't show up until 8:30 at night! You should be more realistic on your times, and your scheduling.”

“The team was 5 star, father and son. I'm only rating 4 stars because my appointment window at 12-4, however, the pickup wasn't until around 530. The team as blatantly overbooked during that day.”

“I had a frustrating experience because my pickup was missed and I was unable to speak to anyone with answers for over 2 hours. I appreciated Greg's eventual response and Monica's (from XPO) help, but Mattress Disposal + needs to evaluate the communication with their pickup team and with the outsourced call line. Right now, they are not serving your customers appropriately.”

“The whole process was very easy and well done. The only problem, I had a time slot of 4-8pm and the people came to pick up the mattress at 2pm. It was fine because I was home at that time but I had not planned to be. Glad it worked out though. Thanks”

“Good experience overall. The pick-up time had to be changed (on your side), and the scheduler was extremely prompt, flexible, and courteous about it. The pick-up itself, by Carlos Valladares and his assistant, was on-time, fast, neat, and super-pleasant. Great teamwork all around. Thanks.”
